November

It has been a month since my last post. And what a month it has been...
The election is finally over and the office is quiet. The Labor party won and Australia has a new leader. It will be interesting to find out how the economy will fare under Kevin Rudd's leadership. I kind of feel sorry for John Howard, he was a good prime minister. Australia flourished under his rule and hopefully that will continue.
Christmas is near and with that there has been a series of break-ins in my area including my car. I know it's my fault that I left my purse inside, that's why it was stolen. The side window of my car was shattered and I had to replace it. It felt very surreal as I was cancelling my credit cards and cleaning my car. I guess all these things can happen anywhere, regardless of country. Now, I use a really small bag and carry it with me wherever I go.
I will be moving house again next year around January. This time I'm hoping that I can live by myself. The price of rental units is just crazy. I really won't be able to choose from much. Oh well, I have to start somewhere I guess.
Other parts of my life are still the same but I'm thinking of changing that sometime. I just don't know if it will be soon.
That's all for this month. Hopefully, life becomes more exciting in a good way....
