Quizzes

I got this from my friend A, it’s a Martha Stewart quiz. I'm so bored and sleepy that I did two quizzes!

1. create a home safety kit - home safety kit? hmmm... does that include fire blankets and child lock?
2. tie a bow and necktie - I can do the necktie but not the bow tie, still have to find someone who actually uses one!
3. prepare a green salad - I can make more than just green salads - pasta, potato, ceasar
4. mix a margarita - margaritas, screwdriver, Singapore sling.... yum yum.
5. paint a room - i’ve always wanted to try this, it seems fun.
6. do the laundry - I can load my clothes in the washing machine easily, it’s the hanging part that sucks. I can also wash by hand, though I prefer not to.
7. load a dishwasher -I can load the dishwasher or wash by hands
8. make a bolognese sauce - bolognese, carbonara it’s not so hard to do.
9. open a champange bottle -opening is easy it’s controlling the cork that’s hard.
10. eat a lobster -I’m not a fan of lobster, I think it’s overrated but I have eaten one already

12. arrange flowers - buying flowers is a bit expensive, but i can arrange it just give me good scissors, a nice vase
13. take a good photograph - i used to take good pictures, but I lost interest. Admiring a good picture is all I do now.

15. carve a turkey - I’ve eaten roast turkeys but I don’t like it much, so learning to carve one would be useless. chicken is easy.
16. prepare a turkey - not a turkey fan.....
17. iron a shirt - after the first incident of burning my pants i’ve learned how to iron well, not just shirts.
18. design a centerpiece - i’m not very good at designing but if it’s flowers that wouldn’t be too bad.
19. brew a cup of tea - brewing coffee and tea is ok, brewing my own beer is the next goal
20. make a grilled cheese sandwich - i love cheese! had to learn how to make this snack
21. make a bed - i can make my bed but I don’t make a habit of it.
22. set a table (formal) - etiquette classes and watching those old movies help.
23. make french toast - I know how, but I don’t really like it.
24. the perfect omelette - omelettes are a bit tricky especially if the pan is not the right size.
25. cook fluffy rice - what is fluffy rice?
26. bake a chocolate cake - I started with the boxed ones where you just add water and egg and went on from there.
27. assemble a BLT - B- bread, L- leeks and T- tamarind!
28. pack a suitcase - my luggage is almost always overweight, I pack it in so well that I can stuff more things in it than usual
29. prepare pancakes -I prefer the premixed ones
30. make crudites (fresh crispy vegetables) - this is easy. there’s really no need to make it just peel and cut.

This second quiz is from my friend E.
