I just noticed that this would be my 92nd post. So near to 100.... maybe before the year ends I would be able to be past 100. My friend Eric is near his 500th post.... such a big difference. But he's really dedicated, good job Eric!
I just finished watching Dancing with the Stars, there's a Filipina Chess Master in the show. Somehow, I'm proud of that fact. (She's an Australian citizen now and represents Australia in other countries.) She was really good and is now in the lead. Of course, it's only the first show and a lot can happen from now until the end. It's a reality contest thing the audience gets to vote for their favourite star. I hope a lot of people will vote for her.
I had a haircut last Saturday. I cut in kind of short with layers and a side fringe. I thought it would be hard to maintain it, but it's not. I'm really satisfied with it, and to think I got it for free....the simple pleasures.
Last Sunday, I went out with my friend Loren to look for a dress to wear to our friends' wedding next month. I've actually been looking for two weeks before I found one. I really hate shopping for clothes when there's a need for it. It seems like there's nothing good enough. I end up buying something overpriced and would usually wear it only once. But this time is an exception because I already have two events where I could wear the dress .
I know there's no coherence in my post tonight, but I really just wanted to write about what's going on. Nothing spectacular or life changing. Just the usual life here down under.
