These past few days have been hectic. Last Friday, I had a job interview in the city then met up with friends and discovered this beautiful cafe that was worth the money. Saturday was a normal day of gym, laundry and mass (although sometimes that can be on Sundays). But i did go out that night, just to go dancing (which I miss). That was fun and interesting night. Sunday was just spent at home, since I didn't get up till 11 am. Did some chores and spent the day with Gaea. Monday was really hectic. I had a second job interview at 745, so I had to get up at 6. Drove to the city, I was almost late. Then spent half the day observing and being assessed. After that I drove to the Sunshine Coast which is north of Brisbane and about an hour and a half drive. Got a little bit lost (people who know me would not be surprised), but I'm proud that I got there even without a map. Then went to the beach and drove back home, that took me about two hours and a half. I drove about 500 km that day and I was exhausted. But I stayed up till 1030 pm just to watch Sex and the City! Hahaha! Yesterday was kind of quiet. I didn't get up till 1130 and I went out at about 130. It was a very relaxing day, one that I needed after the past few weeks/ months.
It's starting to get hot here and I think the summer will be a scorcher.
I'm excited about my trip next week, I'm finally going to see my dad after 18 months. It's a pretty long time, ain't it? I'm still wishing that it's a trip to Manila, but I'll get that someday soon, I hope. A trip is a trip, anything to get out of this country!
